        - Recommended season: may glide all year long, but summer is the best season

  - Because of the geothermal heat from the city, the direction of the wind is consistent making easy to control the altitude
  - The take off site and the landing site are in a lineal distance, so a novice can glide
  - Access route; can access to the take off site by car
  - Great scenery ; you can see Dongkang,Seo-kang, Urban Youngwol up there
